This is another memorable event. Water crisis - something you've got to get used to when you're living in middle of nowhere, surrounded by vast biodiversity but not enough up-to-standard facilities.
The water supply was cut since Saturday afternoon, when we were in Sunway. I was so grateful that when we got back that night we still had some in my apartment. However, there was none left when I woke up Sunday morning >.<
That night, we did an extraordinary thing which I had never imagined myself doing - go to Inti to... use water, hehe. Ron suggested that we went to Inti for dinner, and my ingenious roommate immediately suggested that we went to friends' hostel for their bathroom, haha. So (after going through some dilemma trying to decide whether we should go) 8 of us went there by taxi. It turned out to be somekind of reunion for friends as my friend Su Jia's roommate is my roommate's secondary school friend. Although I've known about this quite sometime ago, we've never met.
Things didn't turn out as well as we planned. We were asked for student ID when 4 of us (me, Adeline, Ye Ling and Izzati) tried to enter Su Jia's hostel. So we searched various places, lead by another friend of friend, before we decided to split and go to different blocks, lead by... some other friends of friends...
Mission accomplished at around 11+pm. BUT, we only got back to KTT after 12.30 because of the taxi. AND, clean and refreshed, we started to carry water all the way from the water truck (which had arrived during our few hours of absence) to our apartment! It was silly, but funny, haha... that's what people do during a crisis... =D
